The company logo, name, products, slogans, colors, and any other designs that are related to the company are all trademarks of Fashion Masterclass Africa (company) herein. Under no circumstances shall any of these be transferred or duplicated by any subscriber/authorized /unauthorized persons to be used anywhere without permission from the company or without appropriately crediting Fashion Masterclass Africa.

 TERMS OF SERVICE Once you subscribe to the fashion Masterclass E-learning platform you will have to agree to our terms and conditions which will comprise of a binding contract between you (subscriber, user) and Fashion Masterclass  Africa (company) concerning terms under which Fashion Masterclass Africa will provide access to the platform to you(subscriber, user).

When you sign up, it indicates that you (subscriber) agree to accept these terms and conditions therefore accepting the agreement given electronically will have the same legal impact as a contract be signed physically by you (user, subscriber).

Do well to keep a copy of the terms and conditions you (subscriber, user) agreed to for the purposes of referencing in the future should there be any violation or legal issues.

 COMPANY OBLIGATION Fashion Masterclass Africa will use any means possible to make access to courses trouble-free unless for interferences due to mishaps beyond our control.
